Amazing timing Alexandre, as AutoLeap just announced a $30m Series B round!

Was great to discover a niche but hot vertical software segment.

It's starting to be a crowded segment in the US. It's not good for a vSaaS to evolve in a vertical market with several direct competitors which are also well funded. vSaaS are known to be much more capital efficient than their horizontal peers and competitive intensity removes this characteristic.

Great analysis on this vertical, as always with Alexandre :)

The shift to electric vehicles is certainly the biggest threat on the long range on this industry... Are independant car repair shops built to last? Not so sure!

It's a valid point. I think it creates an opportunity to create a vSaaS for EV repair shops. In France, you should check https://revolte.club/. They build a garage for EVs and are thinking a lot about building software and training (you'll like it) for the industry.
